Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Herb crusted pork tenderloin. Even the name sounds fancy! This easy, flavorful, inexpensive dish is perfect for a week-night meal, or fancy enough to serve to guests.

A 1-pound tenderloin will serve 2 people, a 2-pounder will serve 4.

  • Pork Tenderloin (1.5lbs – 2lbs)
  • Varied Spices such as:
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Garlic Powder
    • Chili Flakes
    • Cumin
    • Paprika
    • Cinnamon
    • Rosemary
    • Italian Herbs
    • Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Heat oil in frying pan over medium-high heat
  3. While oil is warming up, washing remove tenderloin from the package, rinse thoroughly and pat dry
  4. Mix together herbs (salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, etc.)
  5. Coat pork loin with mustard
  6. Pat herb mixture onto pork loin
  7. Test oil – if a drop of water sizzles violently, it’s hot enough, if not, crank up the heat
